Affiliate links

Book links on this site — in reviews, in the "From the Shelf" panel, and on my Bookshop.org shop page — are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, and Bookshop.org shares its profits with independent bookstores.

The link comes after the review, never the other way round: I add one because I've read the book and it's worth pointing you at, and a commission has never decided what goes on this site or what I say about it.
